Please Note:  Some orders  takes 5-7 business days to process. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it. We’ll send you a notification email with shipping and tracking information once it’s dispatched. You’ll then be able to track your parcel’s journey to your front door.

Orders, which need to have an additional processing time will be shown on each items description page. Others will be dispatch as soon as possible.


In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Styledirect2u has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.


All items must be authorised before being returned. If you are not happy with your order Styledirect2u must be notified via email immediately upon receipt, items must then be posted back to us within 7 days of the date received. Any damaged/faulty dresses must be returned back to us within 30 days of the date purchased. For this reason, it is important that you state your order number. For any damaged items, we can offer exchanges/or credit. Any credit issued has to be used within 30 days.

Please note that it is important that you make returns out for the attention of Styledirect2u Customer Services. All returns must be authorised before shipping, any returns made without authorisation will be refused and in the event that the goods are accepted back in error, the buyer will be notified to arrange to pick up for unauthorised returns at their expense.
